Through December 15, 2006 there were 10 homes that sold with an average price of $377,430. The lowest priced home sold for $310,000 and the highest priced home was $440,000. They sold at 97% of asking price and the average time on the MLS was 150 days.
Through December 15, 2005 there were 20 homes that sold at an average price of $280,697. The lowest priced home sold for $165,000 and the highest priced home was $385,000. They sold at 98% of asking price and the average time on the MLS was 113 days.
