We wanted to inform you that The Willis Team has sold another Property in The Bluffs on the Waterway.  We know that you are aware of the current market conditions.   The media continues to discuss the issues in the daily papers, but we wanted to bring you up- to-date on what is going on in The Bluffs on The Waterway.

As reported through the MLS, There were 13 lots sold in 2007 priced from $102,900.00 - $200,000.00.  Today there are 61 lots active and one is currently pending contract.

There were 3 homes sold in 2007 priced from $385,000.00 - $684,900.00.  Currently there are 25 homes active which are priced from $469,500.00 - $1,450,000.00.

As you can see, 2007 was a slow year, but we feel that The Bluffs on the Waterway is a very desirable area and with all the new growth going up around the Carolina Forest area, your community will continue to see an increase in demand.
