Sunset Harbour - North Myrtle Beach Real Estate Analysis

With all the media headlines we thought we should let you see that not all is bad, The Myrtle Beach airport landed a record year in 2007 for incoming passengers, and again in January of 2008.  As you can see, more people are coming to Paradise.  We were also voted the #1 Beach in 2007 by Yahoo.com and the list goes on and on.  I am sure you already know why your community at Sunset Harbour is so desirable being nestled away along the Intracoastal Waterway, and yet centrally located to all of what the Grand Strand is known for.   With this in mind we would like to share some information to bring you up to date on what has happened in your community over the last year. 

In 2007 there were three lots sold.  Two were on the Intracoastal Waterway and sold for $520,000 and $682,500.  The interior lot sold for $102,000.  Currently, there are 16 interior lots for sale priced from $125,000 - $336,375 and two waterway lots priced $640,000 and $689,000.

There were four homes sold in 2007 with a sold price range of $350,000 - $610,000. Currently, there are 15 homes for sale priced from $340,000 - $1,350,000.
