Through October 4, 2007 there have been 12 homes that have sold at an average price per heated square foot of $122.35. Last year during the same time there were 22 homes which sold at an average price per heated square foot of $134.53. In both 2007 and 2006, the homes sold at an average rate of 95.9% of asking price.

Walkers Woods has done quite well in comparison to some other neighborhoods around the beach.
