The media continues to discuss the issues in the daily papers, but we wanted to bring you up to-date on what has happened in Waterway Palms over the past year.

As reported through the MLS, there were 6 lots sold in 2007, two direct Intracoastal Waterway lots sold, one at $379,000.00 and the other at $390,000.00. The four interior lots sold at prices from $117,500.00 - $135,000. Currently there are 116 lots available, 103 Interior Lots priced from $99,900.00 - $329,957.00 and 13 Direct Intracoastal Waterway Lots priced from $274,900.00 - $525,000.00

There are also 4 homes for sale priced from $599,900.00 - $1,150,000.00

As you can see, 2007 was a slow year, be we feel that Waterway Palms Plantation will start seeing more growth. With the two year low on interest rates and the recent activity and interest around Myrtle Beach we are looking forward to a great 2008!!
